Return and exchange policy
For Returns:Items on Sale we will not accept returns or exchanges.
We will accept returns at NO charge to the customer, if the product arrives damaged or with an order error. Please provide as much detail as possible including name, photos and order number at helpdesk@angelareinales.com.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it with in 30 days of the purchase date. Returned product must be new/unused and with any original tags still attached. Laundered items and shirts with pinholes void return policy. Items should be shipped to 2301 NW 107 AVE suite 102-CO46280 Doral, FL 33172.
All returns due to sizing, customer will assume the return shipping cost as we strongly encourage our customer to verify the size chart for all of our products. All items that requiere alterations (custom made shirts, pants hemming, embroidery) will not be cover on this return policy as this are tailor to the customer needs. Please understand that we try to be very specific as we ship from Colombia which requires additional logistics and shipping expenses.
